It's a cooler start to Wednesday with some areas of patchy fog, so watch out for it during the early morning commute. You can plan for beautiful June weather with sunshine, warm afternoon high temperatures, and relatively low humidity.

Hazy conditions will also return from Canadian wildfire smoke; however, air quality should remain in check. It will be a beautiful Wednesday evening with the sun down at 8:33 p.m.

Clear skies overnight will make for a bright, moonlit sky. Temperatures will likely not fall below 70 degrees in D.C., so it will be a warm night.

Thursday will likely be our first 90+ day of the year. Our average first 90-degree day is May 16th, so we are well past normal. Dry weather is expected with humidity levels remaining relatively low.

Friday will remain hot to round out the week, but it will also be more humid. Our next weather maker will approach, bringing the chance for rain and storms during the evening hours.

Unsettled weather is in store for the upcoming weekend, so keep the umbrella at the ready on Saturday. It will be very humid with high temperatures in the low 80s.

Another very humid day is in store with scattered showers and storms possible Sunday at any point throughout the day. That means kids, you will need to be the rays of sunshine for the dads on their special day.
