Good Morning Washington joined Chef Elias Taddesse at Mélange Foods Inc. who showcased tips and tricks to level up your Father’s Day cookout this year.

Taddesse talked about what his cuisine is like.

“We have authentic American burgers and chicken,” Taddesse said. “And we take on traditional food like soul food, and we incorporate our Ethiopian flavors into all the dishes.”

Taddesse showcased how he prepares his burgers, and what sets his burgers apart.

“Your blend is the most important thing. We do three blends,” he said. “We do chuck roll, brisket and short rib. My burgers are known for that triple blend.”

Fresh-made grilled buns, plenty of seasoning, pickled red onions, lettuce and tomato make this one special burger.
