Washington (7News) — Cherry Blossom season is right around the corner, bringing many exciting events and activities around the D.C. area.

The National Park Service (NPS) projected the peak bloom dates are March 28-31 -- and they were correct. Peak Bloom happened on Friday, March 28.

The good news is the cherry blossom events continue into April!
