The First Alert Weather Team is on Storm Alert ahead of our next weather maker today with the threat for scattered showers and storms.
Passing showers and storms can be expected Saturday afternoon around the DC area.
The First Alert Weather Team will be on a STORM ALERT from 3 to 8 p.m. and a FLOOD ALERT from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m. Saturday.
The severe weather threat in the DC area is over. A few storms may pop up overnight into early Saturday morning.
Our next weather maker will bring the chance of isolated strong to severe storms Thursday.
The severe flooding comes after storms drenched southern Oklahoma and northern Texas last week.
Finally skies will brighten this Sunday and looking like temperatures will be the warmest in a week.
