Taylor Swift "Eras" pop-up bar brings magic to Del Ray

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (7News) — In this week’s Around Town segment, Roxanne Strouk visits the Eras-themed pop-up bar in Alexandria’s Del Ray neighborhood.

This immersive experience celebrates all things Taylor Swift, offering photo ops, curated cocktails, and themed decor that brings each era to life. Roxanne caught up with Area Manager Mason Fillmore, who shared insight into the design and inspiration behind the vibrant space at the Del Ray Pop-Up Bar.

Guests can explore costumes, accessories, exclusive merchandise, and walls lined with iconic imagery from every Taylor Swift album. A fun feature is their “Ex-Lovers" room showcasing references to Taylor’s former relationships, plus a "Blank Space" wall where visitors can leave their own mark.

On Wednesdays from 5–7 PM, guests can enjoy special programming tied to specific eras, with tickets available for purchase. Swifties can also collect and trade Eras-themed friendship bracelets while soaking in the atmosphere. It is open to fans of all ages until 8:00 PM and then transforms into a 21+ bar experience in the evening. The bar features 11 creative cocktails, each inspired by a different album, including the dreamy “Lavender Haze” for Midnights and the playful “Romeo and Julip.”

The pop-up runs through July, with a brand-new concept set to take its place in September — so don’t miss your chance to step into Taylor’s world!
