WASHINGTON, D.C. (7News) — Another warm, summery-feeling day is in store with high temperatures, above average, for the second day in a row. D.C.'s average high for early June is 82 degrees.
The DMV will be situated between two systems: a cold front approaching from the west and an area of low pressure off the Carolina coast. There's a chance for rain and storms in the mountains and possibly a stray sprinkle in our far southern zones. The D.C. Metro area remains dry throughout Thursday.
Dry weather is expected this evening with temperatures falling from the 80s to the 70s. Sunset is at 8:30 p.m. It will be a great night for baseball. The Washington Nationals have their annual 'Night Out' for Pride.
